The App utilizes 80 Years’worth of experiencein the HVACR industry to provide the besttroubleshootinginformation. The app also allows the technician totake notes whiletroubleshooting the system. The app has two modeto assist differentlevels of technicians.Guided Mode – This mode steps the User through a series of Yes orNotroubleshooting questions to get to the root cause of theproblem.It goes through all aspects of a DX refrigeration systemand givesthe technician 7 areas to start from.
